is there still a Duty free in arrival at the airport?

    Sorry everyone we haven't been back to Cancun in a couple of years and wanted to know if there was still a small duty free shop before you leave the airport to enter into cancun? We where there back during spring break 2011 and found cigarette prices cheaper at the airport then in cancun.

    some say yes , some say no, there are 2 terminals so I guess it depends where you get in

    Happy New Year!

    Terminal 3 has an excellent arrivals Duty Free.

    Unfortunately, Terminal 2 has no such facility and is the terminal for most charter and discount airlines…
