I keep seeing recent reviews of people saying that the water is freezing. I'm kind of bummed out about it.

Here now, the pool is a bit cold. The sky pool is a little warmer.

It's brought up a lot. The resort says it's heated, and people have claimed to see steam coming off in the winter months, but that seems to be the exception and not the norm. We have gone the last two years at the end of October. Two years ago we could feel warm water coming out of the upper jets, so I would say it is heated. It certainly isn't heated very well though. This year, we didn't feel any warm water coming out of the jets, and the water was quite cold a couple of days. We talked to a couple that was there in June, and on an overcast day it was so cold that nobody was in the pool.

If you like to be in the water like many do on vacation, then the winter months would be sketchy at best. It's one of the biggest disappointments of the resort. The entire daytime life of the resort is built around pool activities, and they didn't care enough to make it comfortable for the guest.

When you first get in it can be cool, but it gets up fast. Lots of body heat and drinks solve the cold

We are here now. It doesn’t feel heated but it’s pleasant. My wife doesn’t handle cold like I do and she is fine in it.

Definitely heated. Not 90 degrees, but much warmer than it would be without some supplement heat.
