Back on 2005, my law firm had a homicide case who the boy accused by the government for stabbing a bouncer to death. He was an innocent man, he wasn't even present when the stabbing occurred but he was a very unlucky person who actually walk pass the victim and made the victim to fall while he was stabbed already. This incident happened at December of 2001, he was brought to the police department 2 times during the years. And on October of 2005, after spending 48 hours of non sleep, threaten and mentally abusing him by saying that if he didn't confess, they would let 10 men to rape him and other horrible things. The boy was 19 years old and was nearly crushed. He finally told the police do whatever you want. So they could finally put him to a place he could rest. He was in jail for approximately 12 months. On December 18, 2006, the prosecutors finally dismissed the case against him. We are suing the city and the police department. It appears that the kid will be receiving a 5 million dollars check just for the false arrest and the 12 months of jail time. I'm asking you here, will you give a year of your freedom for this amount of money? Which you basically can live a pretty nice life from now on, but is that worth it?

yes, he was sexually harrassed in the jail by an inmate 3 times, but he wasnt rape, he was touched by that inmate a few times and he reported to the guard. they transferred the inmate to a different cell.
I wouldn't trade a year of my freedom and go through what he did for $5 million but do I think he deserves that $5 million??? Yes, I do.

12 months, 5 mill?? In a heart beat, no problem. I need to work 40 years to make that much. No rape tho. My ass is worth way more than that.
