Is it true that ttr is closed for 11 months

We had a vacation booked for December 2016 and have been told that TTR is closed from mid September to August 2017.
Anyone else heard of this?

 

Unfortunately it's true. And TTR will never be the same. They're turning it into a 7 story, 5 star, plush resort. TTR as we know it is on her last breaths.

TTR will be closed longer than that...................projects like this seldom come in on time. Just be prepared for a longer wait time.......

 

What are they doing for the reservation you had already booked? Has the resort contacted you about the closure?

 

Did you book directly with the resort, or through an outside booking place?
