Just wondering. Price per gallon hit today at $4 mark, it's record breaking here. And in news they are saying that people aren't traveling like they used to.

Anyway, We booked our trip to Grand Oasis from May 29th till June 4th. I want to know how busy Grand Oasis will be during that time? I know we don't have crystal ball, but just wondering about being busy during that time.

I know as a whole Cancun nightlife always stays busy, so it't not concern for me. I was little bit disappointed last time when I was at Grand Oasis because first two days were sooo good because there was medical convension and there were about 1000 med students so Grand Oasis was rocking. But once they left, Grand Oasis turned into Ghost town. ha ha. It was October of last year.

This time around I am going end of May and beginning of June. So, I am hoping that Grand Oasis will be at least 50 to 70% occupant during that time??

Local Cancun folks, please help me :) :clappyinghappy:

October is low Season in Cancun. And the Oasis is one of the hotels that shuts down most of their properties because of it. Leaving the Grand Oasis the only one open. May/June Cancun fills up with HS and College grad trips. ENJOY!

Thanks! Sounds like good times. Even though I am not big HS kids fan. It's all good.
