We haved used them for 3 trips with no issues. Very good customer service. We just booked with them a few weeks ago for our Feb 9-16 trip!
We booked our room through Alpharooms and did notice they charge you a credit card processing fee of about $65. It was still cheaper to book with Alpharooms if you pay the balance in full. But, if you do the $10 to hold a room and pay the balance later, it's $10 plus the $65 card processing fee and then another processing fee when make your payments. So keep that in mind when you are booking or you might give back what you are saving in processing fees.
Hey Tom - We booked this time with them and so far they have been great to deal with. Get booked for April! We are there from the 6th - 20th.
I'm seeing it ok. Probably depends on what dates you are choosing, if they have no availability then I expect it doesn't show up.
Quick note to say that if you do want to book alpharooms, then please book through the links you find here on the forum rather than typing in the website address. Each time the word alpharooms is typed it turns into a link with my id included. This forum is free to use and I expect many would not know of alpharooms if it were not for cancuncare.
