Irons at GP

Does anyone know if they have irons in the room? We leave friday and my wife has to know.

 

ive always stayed ocean view and yes, its in the room.

if you want luxury, opt for an upgrade ($30/night) to CLUB ROOM. its king size bed, jacuzzi, fridge (only room that has it) and 6th floor

 

don't some of the ocean view deluxe rooms have king size beds too?? That is what I reserved via Orbitz. other then that, do you think that the $30/night is worth the fridge and jacuzzi tub??

 

Yes they do. That's what we booked also.

since i go with my guy friend...not worth the upgrade for me. but if i go with a girl, it is VERYYYYY well worth it imo

 

yes, there are irons and KBeds in the regular ocean view rooms..we just returned..(room 432)
an odd but funny thing however, on about our 4th day..we were cleaning up for dinner, went to iron our clothes and the iron we had been using all week was gone?? the ironing board was still there but no iron! ..we look under the bed, in the drawers..no iron. We called the front desk and one was delivered in about 15 minutes

 

There are NOT irons in all rooms. But if yours doesnt have one, just ask. They will bring one right up! THe GP staff will bend over backwards for you. Just take care of them with tips..

 

well, I have jacuzzi tub in my master bathroom at home, so it really isn't that big of a deal for me to get one ... so I would basically be spending the extra $30/night for a fridge and to be on the top floor ... LOL ... not worth it for me personally. I did opt for the ocean view deluxe room vs the lagoon view ... that is a must for me!
