I feel like I should be posting this in the missed connections at Craigslist, lol... Anyway Tim and I were at TTR Dec. 5-12 and met 2 nice Iowa Couples at the end of our trip. We were going to hang out at the sexy pool the next day and exchange info but it poured all day and we never saw them before we left the morning of the 12th. We hung out at PattyO's the night they had the awesome cover band. One of the couples was on the board and I can't remember their names, the other couple came with them and was not on the board, and they were Darren and Kim? Darren and... ?? You guys were a fun bunch! HELP us connect! I have looked at any Iowa posts and tried looking at the roll call but I can't find the one couple.
Good to know that all of us Midwesterners know how to fire it up and have a good time! Anyway, if you've checked the roll call and can't find them, they might not be here on the CCC forums. I'd check with other CCC members you know were there at the same time...they might be able to point you in the right direction.
We are from Iowa also, we met them and hung out, they were awesome people. If it's the same people we met, they are from Des Moines.. Mike and Melissa and Darrin and Lisa.... Mike and Melissa are on Cancuncare under the name MWELLS... Darrin and Lisa are not on Cancuncare.... If you look on our home page you will find Mike's email address in one of his messages... Both couples went to TTR together.... Hope this helps, from the dates you listed I bet it is who you met... Good luck and let me know.......
Yes!!! Lisa! We were going back and forth with whether it was Kim or Lisa. And yea, I think Mike and Melissa are their names now that I hear it. I remembered they were on CCC- but couldn't remember their name for the life of me. Thank you!!!
A few of the midwestern CCC members have knocked around the idea of having a get together / meet-up. We think it's a great idea.
