I upgraded the forum software a few days back and I have had 4 reports from people who are seeing the message "Invalid session - please resubmit form error" when they try to make a post along with log in problems.

The first thing to do if your having problems logging in or posting is to delete your cookies while not logged in to the site and this seems to have helped 2 of the 4 (unless the problem has reoccurred and they havent told me).

Since for others it hasnt helped I did some research. The problem is 99% of the time for aol users (again) and arises as a result of a security feature rather than any problem. Using IE or Firefox remedies some of the problems and is better than using the aol browser.

I've made some changes and hopefully aol users will not experience any more issues, but I really would recommend considering a different service provider than aol and definitely a different browser.

If anyone is still experiencing posting problems, please let me know via PM or email steve@cancuncare.com

Yep AOL was my problem! As AOL is not my primary, I just use the IE and have had no problems since then. Thanks Steve!

I made another change to the code a couple of days ago, as people were still reporting this issue. It seems to have resolved things so I'll unsticky this one now.

I'd change SPs but, that would mean I have to start paying for internet and stop tapping onto the neighbors. Thanx for the tip anyways.
