Woke up to no Internet at the house this morning. Apparently it's a problem affecting our whole neighbourhood and wont be fixed for another 24 hrs. I'm therefore limited to my phone (which I hate typing from) and trips to Starbucks with my laptop, which is where I am now. As a result I'm just dealing with essential issues and am way behind on PM's and emails. Also I'm out on the cruise all day tomorrow and will have an even bigger backlog by Wednesday. Please therefore only PM or send me email if it's an important issue. I'll try and catch up as soon as possible.

Our Internet service came back this morning after 48hrs downtime and now the speeds is twice as fast. 10 Megs instead of 5 (although I've been paying for 20) Unfortunately, this doesn't mean I can answer my emails and Pm's twice as fast. I'm just about caught up now though
