Hello everyone- I was just wondering...
I have been told that there will be a deposit upon arrival..( For incidentals) That is totally fine, although I have been told so many amounts from 100.00,400.00,600.00 Could someone clear this matter up for me?? I will be coming in a week's time to Temptation Resort so I would like to know ahead of time..

    THanks everyone..

I've never heard of anyone being charged an incidentals deposit at Temptation. We've stayed there often and never paid one.

    Incidental

I was in the Travel Industry years ago and the only time this would be asked is if there is no CC to put on the room at Check in. Which is standard.

Most Hotels! resorts have a CC on file so if you have any damage or unpaid charges at check out they have something to get their monies owed. When you check in you will be asked for your voucher, passport and CC (credit card). Most resorts will not even book you if there is no CC. I would imagine with Cancun's Spring Break Debauchery a CC is necessary everywhere.

Also, some hotels will put a hold on a certain amount of $ onto your CC and have you sign a slip which they return to you upon a completed check out. You take it and rip it up, it is a safeguard for the Hotel/rResort/Car Rental places.

Also, when you have a completed check out you will have your bracelets cut off and another slip given to you which you hand to the bellman. He then allows you to leave the property and get your bags, Another safe guard.
