I was by immigration, today, and they told me they would be closed (for most purposes) until Jan 6. The information desk was manned, however, so I was able to get my questions answered. We moved, Dec 1, and we would normally have had 30 days to file a change of address with immigration; however, I was assured that I could file when the office reopens without fear of repercussions!
