Would it be Daddy'O, The City, or Mandala? (Done Coco Bongo already, so we want to try something different) We're two women in our 40s but we LOVE to dance and are extremely immature for our age. We like current music, hip hop, reggaeton, as well as oldies. So, I guess we're looking for a place where we wouldn't feel like everyone's grandma, but we definitely don't want to sit around sipping fine wine and comparing goiters!
Mandala is where the old Corona Bar used to be and opened I think at the beginning of this year. Havent been there yet, also havent been to Daddy O or the City for about 4 years so not much more I can add
Didnt go last year, but when it was Corona bar we always had a great time. the waiters were a lot of fun and they made it seem like a big club when its actually a big covered cement are with a bar in the middle ( its right in front of the City next to coco bongos) i would probably recomend that or Sr Frogs. the City is, in my opinion a smaller version of coco bongo
Mandala is totally "chi chi chic", definitely different than Corona Bar. Haven't been so can't say what the vibe is, but they are selling it to "the pretty people".
The City is the largest nightclub in all Latin America. Probably twice the size of Coco Bongo; and they plays all modern music. Two VERY different experiences.
Yes city is huge especially when they open all 3 levels at busy periods i prefer it to coco bongo, which i see as a place you go once to see the shows but i always found it hard to meet new people for this very reason its less social. Looking forward to checking out mandala the decoration inside looks great
