    Guys,
Can anyone advise if the ice at Temptations is safe. The Long haired General loves her cocktails but is unsure if the ice is safe to consume?

    Thanks in advance:flaguk:

the ice at TTR is probably better than back here in the US . they have a state of the art water filtration unit. 14 trips , never an issue. dont worry, ice away.

Also get a 20 oz Bubba with lid to keep the pool water out of your drink and your drink cold

Definitely get a cup that holds at least 2 drinks... lid is mandatory. Don't want whatever maybe in the pool water - which definitely changes as the afternoon goes on - ending up in your cup.

The ice at TTR is fine.

Now the ice at any of the bars or clubs elsewhere in Cancun... not so much. Our first trip to Cancun (8 years ago now) we were fine all week - just drank at our resort (not TTR) and had beer and tequila shots at Carlos & Charlies and Coco Bongos - until the last night when we went to Fat Tuesdays and made the mistake of getting blended iced drinks (daquiris, I think), and were sick the whole way home. Not fun...

Lisa, I figured it out, I think it was the ice that caused you to be at the back of the boat all day!!! Just Kidding!!
