Hello! Historically we would book at Gran Caribe and then upgrade to the Royal. Now that that Royal has become Hyatt Zilara, does anyone know if it still considered a sister property to the Gran Caribe? Heading there in May and would like to upgrade over to Zilara if possible... anyone know?
