Judge just imposed an 8 MONTH jail sentance on top of 5 years of probabion, 500 hours community service, Loss of drivers liscense for 3 years, and NO, I repeat NO drinking for 5 years from today. Kid is learning a very tough leason!

drinking and driving is a big no no. i think he should have gotten longer. he almost killed that poor kid.

besides he was underage as it was.

on that note, good, the kid is a piece of crap, he deserves his jail time

 

I was on tmz and they had a thing from perez.....so thats how I got that. Anyways, he got what he deserved!

 

fair enough.....lets hope he doesnt get a reduced sentence like a the other young celebs these days
