An incredible video, watch it all the way through and you will be amazed, shocked, and dismayed! :(

Zogby Poll: Almost No Obama Voters Ace Election Test

    http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.cfm?ID=1642#Anchor-37902

    512 Obama Voters 11/13/08-11/15/08 MOE +/- 4.4 points

97.1% High School Graduate or higher, 55% College Graduates

Results to 12 simple Multiple Choice Questions

57.4% could NOT correctly say which party controls congress (50/50 shot just by guessing)

71.8% could NOT correctly say Joe Biden quit a previous campaign because of plagiarism (25% chance by guessing)

82.6% could NOT correctly say that Barack Obama won his first election by getting opponents kicked off the ballot (25% chance by guessing)

88.4% could NOT correctly say that Obama said his policies would likely bankrupt the coal industry and make energy rates skyrocket (25% chance by guessing)

56.1% could NOT correctly say Obama started his political career at the home of two former members of the Weather Underground (25% chance by guessing).

    And yet.....

Only 13.7% failed to identify Sarah Palin as the person on which their party spent $150,000 in clothes

Only 6.2% failed to identify Palin as the one with a pregnant teenage daughter

And 86.9 % thought that Palin said that she could see Russia from her "house," even though that was Tina Fey who said that!!

Only 2.4% got at least 11 correct.

Only .5% got all of them correct. (And we "gave" one answer that was technically not Palin, but actually Tina Fey)

You disappoint me Zackmeister ... a You Tube video questioning a dozen uninformed people ... SERIOUSLY?!?!?

Barack Obama got elected because the majority of the people of the United States wanted something better than the republican party
and the idiot presently in the White House who sent this country into the toilet for the last 8 years.

The election is over, OBAMA WON, and we, as citizens of the USA, should support him, and give him a chance to fix the mess this country is in.

Spoken like a true believer that, after each of the last two elections, said.. OK, Bush won, we should shut up and come together and support the president!

I clearly remember all the Democrats saying that.... or wait.. ummm... now that I think about it... there was something about someone stealing the election.... something about what an idiot he was.... I have to be wrong.

People that did that wouldn't suddenly turn around when their guy won and say that everyone should blindly fall into lock step with their choice would they?

That would make them hypocrites wouldn’t it?

    hmmmmm......

Agree 100%, its over, those who voted for McCain lost, now support your new president. We as a nation need to remember how we all came together after 9-11! We need that unity again!!

I'm disappointed as well, but I'm not surprised that the point of the video and Zogby poll was missed or ignored.

Yes, the election is over. However, the question is how did a man of Barack Obama's limited experience, extreme liberal positions and radical political alliances get him elected President of the United States?

In reality, the explanation was rather simple... the news media was completely charmed by Obama and refused to do their job. Additionally the ignorance and laziness of voters (particularity young voters) to ask questions and think for themselves is inexcusable. As in the video, when lazy un-informed people don't read the newspaper, watch the news, OR worse yet - get their "news" from the comedy channel, it has very bad consequences for the nation.

Obviously, not everyone will go and read each political party's official program before voting. Whether Republicans or Democrats. Whether young or old. Wheter educated or not.

If I follow your thought....To think that all Republicans made an INFORMED decision, based on fact, is, in my opinion, silly.

Each person makes up his mind based on beliefs, impressions (they do count, whether based on fact or not!), the leader's charisma (again, this is subjective!), political views, history of voting (some people vote for a certain party ''just because''). Yes, media has a lot to do with how people might perceive a certain party vs another...but this goes both ways. Fox is Fox, CNN is CNN, etc. John Mayer (a scholar?) said ''when they own the information, they can bend it all they want''. It is up to each to decipher between crap and truth.

The US is a huge country, with a range of people who have 0 cents to their names, to multi-millionaires. You are bound to run into ignorants, middle-of-the-road people, and scholars. They all have a right to vote.

    Moving on.

Maybe it just came to down Obama, or McCain, Obama, or McCain, hmmm 4 more years of the previous 8 years, or let's try something new, someone with fresh ideas and new energy, someone who doesn't flip-flop on decisions as often, someone who when he makes a decision doesn't wait to see how the public reacts, and then change it accordingly.

Obama, or McCain, Obama, or McCain, Hmmmm...

Honestly, I wish the voters in the video and who were polled gave their choice for President EVEN that small level of thought.
    Sadly, that's wasn't the case.

It's just pathetic when 512 Obama Voters, (97.1% are High School Graduates, and 55% are College Graduates) don't know that their party is the ruling majority in Congress, OR that Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have been the most powerful and influential Democrats for the past 2 years.

So for these idiots, I guess it's now back to watching the Daily Show with Jon Stewart for all their world news.

    Shame on them!

I never implied every Republican voter is a genius.
Oddly enough though, it doesn't take a life-long research effort or PHD to read a newspaper, news magazine, or turn on the six O'clock news....
