8gb Ipod Nano's V3 ( as seen here http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5136917/Trail/searchtext>IPOD.htm ) over in the States /Canada ? Thanks in advance. Ian
Ian- Most places in the US, about $190. and up (usually buy.com, best buy have good prices on electronics). I bought a Sansa Connect recently- and it's freakin awesome. Although only 4GB, it has a slot for a micro-SD card, and it has wi-fi, so I can pick up internet radio free. Bought it for around $90. Who's taking the CL final? Blues or ManU.?
Ian, If you get a chance, do a web search on a class action lawsuit against Apple. I think they are offering $45 credits on most V1, V2 & V3 Ipods. I just read about it earlier this week.
Cheers for the link Scott, looks like there around £20 /$40 cheaper over there, not enough of a saving for me to have to wait till August though ( Not that I was expecting to make a multimillion dollar saving on a $200 dollar product though  ). Champions leagues final....... Mmmm, interesting. ManU won the premiership yesterday and only Chelsea could have caught them so I think the blues will be looking for payback time, However I dont think they can do it. Ok, Chelsea beat Man U two weeks ago at Stamford bridge in the league but they were'nt at their best that day and I dont think Chelsea have the depth and skill thyat Man U posses in all area's. Although mt heart says Man Utd will win I actually want Chelsea, eitherway there wont be much in it so I'll be having a couple of shekels on 2-1 Man Utd. One things for sure, most of London will be empty that night....   Ian

Apparently this only applies to Canadadians who can supply the original receipt, be accompanied by both great grandparents and who can recite the Canadian national anthem in all 3,287 registered languages around the globe... Call me suspicious but I have a feeling that Apple aren't too keen on paying up... Ian
Apple $44 credit link.. http://www.informationweek.com/news/personal_tech/ipod/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=207601211 Ian
I agree Ian. Love to see Chelsea take them. Glad Fulham avoided relegation, so at least we still have some US players there! The iphones just sold out in the states, apparently. Don't think you'll find a lower price on that nano-
Still a few knocking about Scott. Wednesday has an American right back called Frank Simek ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Simek ) and as the link say's he's well respected and gets that chant nearly every time he plays
Yeah- good player. I was never a big fan of Beasley, or Landon Donovan for that matter. I was in the DR watching the '06 WC, and when I saw Beasley and Donovan walking, not even jogging- against Ghana; well needless to say I was angry. Our best player currently is probably Clint Dempsey- he just needs to get on a squad that can offer him some support. Problem with US soccer is of course we have to compete against all the other sports (US football, the NFL, consistently generates a huge profit, every year)- and we don't scout the good kids early enough. Who's moving up the the PL from the CL??? Didn't follow that...
