How can I telephone CFE?

    I can see from their website that CFE has a simple number to telephone in Mexico - but can anyone give me a "regular" Cancun number to call CFE from here in Canada? It's been a frustrating thing getting a reply from them to emails: cuz they never reply - in 3 weekly attempts - even tho I get an automated reply saying that my question was received!

    I have their number, but it is in Tampa, and I am in Paris for one month more. If you can wait, please remind me when I get back, but any of your friends in Cancun can get it, I guess. Those special numbers are terrible.
