While I'm not sure what you will have to pay as it seems it's based on construction replacement costs, I know that we feel that the Senor Lobo who was recommended to us has done a great by us and we have stayed with him since the beginning (for us 2007). We have both our homeowners and our car insurance with him. He speaks English, sends us e-mail reminders when our yearly premiums are due and accepts credit cards.
