Come on then, lets have a few suggestions for next year ( probably first week in June.. ish ) I've done TTR ( formaly BBG ) three time's and to be honset it's getting a bit repetative with theonly plus point's I can see in going back being that were probably only doing a week therefore wont have to spend a few days finding our way around and it's adult only ( No, dont read anything sexual into that you deviants :lol: I like to go on my holidays and not be pestered by someone elses snotty nosed icecream wielding toddlers for OK... :wink: :wink: ) So, somewhere decent ( not 5* break the bank stuff... ther is a credit crunch on you know :lol: :lol: ) but not a complete crap hole ... like where the breakers go and pretend they can drink and cavort. Ian, i've stayed at The Golden Parnassus. It's adults only.. It is down by JW Marriott. Very beautiful place, & all inclusive, including room service.. Dont' know how much the rates are though.. I was put here by an upgrade to to Hurricane... Loved this place.. Have to walk a little to get to the bus stop though.. It's in one of those places not on the main road. Pool bar & pool area were awesome.. They also have fun activities by the pool during the day too... On property, they have several different places to eat, shops in hotel, internet service, etc.... Loved it.
I noticed this one and shortlisted it but looking at the air fare's it's coming close to $2,200 for a week.. each.... for that cash we can get a decent two weeks in a 5* somewhere in Europe :evil: :evil: Still, we'll keep looking... Cheers Greta. Ian :lol:
I don't think there are too many adult only hotels in Cancun ... the only ones I know of are LeBlanc Spa, Sun Palace, The Royal Cancun and Golden Parnassus. I LOVE the Royal in Playa del Carmen, and I'm sure the one in Cancun is just as nice! Good luck, Ian!
Hi Ian, Im most likely going to Cancun 1st week of June too, if we dont go in December....can't stay at TTR as I will have 2 teenagers with me...I'm sure I will do a daypass or 2 though...If You find something let me know. I want to be close to the action if I'm not staying at TTR though.
