Hey I posted this in the hotel thread but also wanted to get some reaction from this board, I'm new to these boards and travelling to Cancun so I have a question for you experienced Cancun travelers. Me and 2 buddies want to go from feb.11-18th but, we are all 18 and the highest limit on our visa is $500. I have convinced my mom to put the trip on her visa and we will pay her cash. So my question is two fold: 1. Has anyone done this (use another persons visa) and run into problems?? 2. I heard a rumor that some hotels (Oasis), makes students pay a fee if they are between 18-24, Is this true?
