Mario did a live video today on Facebook about changes at the hotel. Here is what he had to say: Some of this is my own interpretation. My comments in brackets. That Mario and the hotel do follow the social groups and read comments. Purpose of the video is to let people know what's happening and to stop any rumours. The former General Manager (Nicolas Santos) has moved on. There is a new Manager (a Mexican guy called Eddie) but Mario will be a lot more involved with Operations (particularly Entertainment/ Guests Experience.) If you need to contact the hotel do so through their Official FB page, even though they read the groups there are a lot of rumours and comments posted by people that either haven't visited yet or haven't visited for a long time. (Didn't really understand this part) About the restaurant She, will continue to be couples only, but not "multi menu". (Possibly means they will do away with the 15 courses and go to a la carte.
