I am looking for any suggestions for a place in downown Cancun that serves great "Buffalo Style" Chicken Wings? Does anyone have any recommendations?
I am generally not a fan of alitas, but my husband loves them. But if he orders them at La Taberna, I will definitely steal about half of them off his plate! That's my recommendation!
Hooters! Whatever you do, do NOT go to Wing Army (the new place near Malecon Americas), horrible food, blech!

Thanks for the suggestions. I think we will check out La Taberna first. The rest of their menu looks good too. Wings and a Burger or Shish Kabab seems like a good combo.
Yeah i'll completely agree with that - La Taberna does some of the best wings i've had. Applebees are just too much, they are almost impossible to eat, so strong with vinegar/sauce that you cough all the way through eating them, they were tasty but too harsh. Can't comment on Hooters. I think Chillis does Wings seperate, i've had them as part of their 'Triple Decker' starters and these to me are the best of any starters i've ever eaten in Cancun, the Southwest Egg Rolls are to die for and the rest of the food in Chillis has always been delicious, never let me down, I recommend the burgers, chicken burgers and the fajitas.
