Hooks for purses to hang on tables

Does anyone know where these little jewels can be purchased locally?

Someone had one from some sort of home show that I guess was like Avon or something but it was a long time ago and they could not remember the source.

Is this for you to hang your purse on at home or to take out with you so you dont get your purse dirty at the bar Tj?

Winners stores have those hooks for purses for tables and ive also seen some at Marshals... the stores that sell brand name clothes for less!!!
