Because! Were buying a home :!: :!: :!: So were going to be using our vacation fund plus some :lol: as closing and downpayments!! i am so excited!!!!!! We have been in the process for a month now.. BUt we have yet to pick our home. we have just not found the perfect house YET! were going out tomorrow again and saturday and hope to bid a house this weekend or monday! ( as long as we find the "one" :!:
Low Ball emmm, then you will have money to still go to Cancun. The market is dropping now where I am, however I dont think I will see myself here much longer so I dont want to buy one. But am looking to get a house in the near future, so I can get those great RETURNS !
oh yes we do plan to low ball them. actully were going to try to buy a forclosed home and flip it and live in that house !
