Help!!!

    Alright everyone, I need help. I've been working out for quite a while now. I've been dieting and trying not to drink too much (but I have two kids that make it very hard not to). What is everyone doing or using to help get in to shape for their trip this year? I've got just shy of 40 days to see some results and need some help. Besides becoming anorexic and never eating until April 1, I need some advise.......

    We're in the same boat with trying to diet and exercise. There isn't any magic pill or trick that we've ever heard of, just keep moving and eating healty/portion control.

    Low carb, and switch the drinking to Vodka. Weight falls off very fast.

    Try the Keto Diet.. It has been working for me. I went from 230lbs to 216lbs pretty quickly. Also, Drink a lot of water.

    Im not sure if it was just me but i did the fittea 15day one and lost 15 pounds in those 2 weeks. Not eating significantly different. I dont sell it i bought it on GNC.com but it worked really well **for me**

    After looking at your profile pictures there is absolutely no reason for you to diet whatsoever you look great!! Go as you are and have fun.

    Some basic lifting every 2 to 3 days. Even as simple as a 3 compound exercise routine. (Push ups, squats, pull ups(or downs) ) Maybe a plank here or there for core stability. 1 or 2 light cardio every week.

    Most importantly, cut sugar drastically (limited processed foods, no more desserts), up proteins (get a shake in everyday if you need it) to help you stay full. Drink a lot of water. Reduce alcohol.
