I'm trying to book a trip to TTR for four, maybe five days in March. What would be the best days to go, considering entertainment and cost(flights)?

I also saw a good deal for 4 nights for 479 minus 50$ for a couple if i listen to the timeshare bid. I know i'm not going to buy in, but is it worth the discount to listen for 90 minutes.

The only thing stoping me from booking now is my wife being concious with money. But i'm pretty sure i can win her over.

    Any input will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Jared and Erica

Make sure to read the fine print> There is conditions that must be met for you to qualify for that price.Mainly financial.Fairlure to meet these conditions results in them sur-charging you for the room.
It's a good deal if they actually only take 90 minutes of your time.
Maybe someone can share there insight on ''90'' minutes. Is that all it is?
You also have to consider flights. Sometimes it's cheaper to get a package, especially from Canada cause of charter flights.
Good luck , maybe will see there in the future

Temptation presentation is not really a timeshare but their own club which makes it a little bearable. We just got back and denied the tour but saw a lot of people taking them around the 10AM time frame. Also, from what I could see, the reps were very friendly and seemed like they would not be too pushy once you say you are not interested. If spending 90 minutes is worth $50 then I say go for it. Just say no thank you!!

The fifty dollars is just a special they are running for the month or whatever. The real deal is 479$ for a couple for 4 nights. I just have to get the airfare after that. That comes to about less then $60 per person, per day . I thought that was good? Is it?

4 nights for $479 is pretty good but did you try with Expedia vacations or other site that includes airfares? When I booked mine, I really paid only for the hotel and kinda got the airfare for free by booking an all inclusive deal. Also, if you are flexible, then put in different dates to get the best possible deal. Good Luck!

It is definitely not 90 minutes. I have heard plenty of horror stories of the presentation lasting 3 hours or more. Also, very high pressure. In my own humble personal opinion, I don't think it's worth it.

    Presentation

WHEN i took it a couple of years ago,or a free massage lol.. it was took about 2 hours, but 1 hour of that was breakfast and looking round the resort, it wasnt really high pressured, the only thing that bugged us was the continual phone calls for the following week, we just unplugged the room phone. but def check some of the other links on here for prices.
