Greetings to all:0) Need help from all vets, having visited Temptation Resort in Cancun! This will be my first visit to the resort...let alone, South of the US border. Made reservations on October 22d for a 5-night stay this mid-December, via phone call (using my credit card). Have not received any confirmation of my resort reservation. Also made a reservation for round-trip transportation from and to the Cancun airport...included on my credit card. Once again, no confirmation of the reservation. Don't even know the name of the resort transport company, who will be greeting me upon my arrival (Temptation transport)? Don't want to miss my ride! I will be travelling alone...and "flying blind" during the vacation:0) Have been gaining general information about the resort through previous reviews. Need the specifics about reservations! My computer wouldn't allow me to make reservations on line...thus, the phone call to make the trip happen. Airfare tickets have already been purchased independantly. Looking forward to a great time...I need a vacation to remember! All replys are welcome...Thanks!
Who did you make the phone call to? Did you call the resort directly or a travel agency like Liberty/Apple etc?
Thanks for your reply! Contacted Temptation Resort directly, via phone calls and emails. Wasn't able to book on line at the time. Everything is now cosher for the trip! Thanks for your reply!
