Anyone who lives near SM 48 know the zip code over there? Even if it's not perfect (ie perhaps for the new mall or La Luna) that's okay, as I don't expect him to ever actually receive the package from the consulate, but I need to put something closer than those zip codes that I know downtown. Go as far as you can with the application. Then stop and do something nice for yourself. Then reread all you've done on it. You'll be fine. It's all logical, just a lot of crossing t's and dotting i's. Good luck!
