My wife and I have been to Temptations 3 times and we love it, but it is not an option for us this year. Is there any resort that is similar to Temptation, without being topless? Specifically, we are trying to find a place that has an evening vibe similar to PatyO's. We don't really leave the resort at night, we prefer to hang around and have some drinks.

Your best bet will be the Grand Oasis All-Inclusive IMHO, it is not even close to Temptation in any way, shape or form, but it could still be fun.
Only place comes to my mine is TTR.... OR Temptation. .have you checked that place!!??? LOL.sorry for only suggestion.
We've been to several resorts and nothing has come close to the entertainment at TTR. Try checking out some reviews of other adults only resorts on TripAdvisor.com maybe? I don't think you will find what you are looking for
Ive actually had fun at night at the Riu Cancun, the one by the clubs, nothing like TTR but the resort didnt die at 9pm
