First off... I know it's a vacation and not many people care, BUT the wife and I like healthy food. We do eat pizza and fried food on occasion, but if you eat healthy long enough, you don't crave that food anymore...and neither does it to you... Anyway, will eating healthy be a problem at the resort? Also, how is it set up, do you order what you want or is it buffet style? I apologize if this is a dumb question, but it is a priority for us. Thank you
LOTS of choices! You could eat all your meals at the buffet, where there's something for everyone, but best restaurants are the 2 that require reservations - Italian and Asian. Plenty of healthy choices IMO. @2HotLovers
we ussually loose weight on a 10 day stay,, a lot of healthy choices,, just stay away from the dessert tray s we find we snack a lot less, too busy partying
and don't get in a habit of taking hot double cheeseburgers with fries back to your room from Paty O each night ...just saying...
It's totally doable to eat healthy at TTR. My wife and I are pretty health conscious, and we had no problems at all. For breakfast, we stuck to the omelette bar and fruits/veggies. For lunch, we tore down some guacamole and some sort of low-carb option (bunless burgers, chicken, fajitas sans tortillas, salad, etc.) For dinner, the menus at any of the restaurants have decent options. Honestly, the hardest part is staying hydrated after all those damn vodka drinks.
We drink water all morning, after green juice at breakfast ..........then alternative between vodka and water in the afternoons. Nights are all alcohol.
Sounds good! I eat around 200grams of protein a day and my wife around 140, so we like to eat a lot! Haha! Just has to be grilled, pan seared or baked.. If you eat clean long enough the fast food doesn't agree with you! Haha
