Other than Little Beach in Maui, are there any good topless optional beaches, pools worth checking out? Preferrably, adults only...which is a downside to Little Beach. When traveling without kids, prefer to not have kids around to make us miss our kids back home even more.
The only other beach I've heard tell of (never been) was a beach on Kuai, and that's it. Odd as it sounds, Hawaii is not boob-friendly. Mormon influenced.

Topless is legal on all Hawaii state beaches. It's the judgmental assholes that think they hold the moral highground that screw things up here. Just find a less crowded beach and have fun.
There is a beach on Maui called poolenalena. It is a beautiful beach and if you walk past a small Lava formation towards the south end you will find more nudests. It's a great beach and is slowly becoming an adult beech. To find it head towards big beach but pull off into the first gravel parking lot on the left about two minutes down the road past the hotels. Park in that lot but do not head to the main beach. You will see a trail through the trees on the right hand side. It goes in behind some fabulous houses, over a small lava formation and the onto the beach. Walk to the south end past the next lava formation and you are there. It's about a 4 minute walk.
