I just booked our first stay at Temptation and actually our first all inclusive ever. I booked it for Feb. 24 - March 2nd thru skoosh. The confirmation email I received confirms 6 nights starting Feb. 24 but the all inclusive in the confirmation email says it is from Feb. 25 to March 2nd. This does not work out good since we arrive at noon on the 24th and depart early on the 2nd. Has anyone had to pay extra upon arrival to cover the all inclusive portion of day 1? Thanks.
Hmmm I would not think it would be a problem as long as the hotel has your correct dates in their computer system, maybe call the hotel and confirm your reservations and dates, the way they work it is, you get dropped off at the hotel, you check in like normal, however they put a bracelet on you that must stay on you for the duration of your stay, as long as that bracelet is on, you can eat and drink where ever you like, then they cut the bracelet off when you check out, So I would have to assume that as long as your dates are right with the hotel and you check in, you should be fine, but never the less, doesnt hurt to call the hotel and double check... or email skoosh and see whats up....
I arrive about 1100 everytime I go(hate missing a whole day) and don't ever have a problem dropping my luggage and going to the pool till my room is ready.
Yes, upon arriving (if you are early and your room is not ready) they will put your bracelet on and you are ready to start the party. We usually pack our swim suits in our little bag. We eat lunch, change clothes and start our vacation. We have experienced both...arrived early room ready and arrived early room not ready. Have fun!
Please post either way and let us know how it goes. We arrive 2 weeks after you and knowing how it went will ease my mind. Hopefully. Thanks
I contacted skoosh. Looks like we are all fine. Here is the response I got. Might be a good idea to do the same thing to ensure your voucher is right. 'I apologise that the information on your voucher was not correct. This is actually due to a technical error in our system which applies the meal plan dates as if it was for breakfast which does start the day after. We are aware of this error and it will be rectified. Please be assured that your all inclusive meal plan does begin on the day of arrival. I have attached your amended voucher to this email.'
