The bars on the windows was a dead giveaway for me. I knew it had to either be a mental health facility or a prison. Ironically, we actually have some prisons much nicer than that here in the states. They are affectionately known by all in the legal field as "Club Fed". No need to go to Austria to commit your crimes, we can get you into the penthouse suite with no problem!!!LOL! Michelle
