Ana doesn't work there...her and her husband own it. Give her a day or two. I'm sure she'll respond. It's possible she's doing somne travelling of her own.
Wonderful feedback about Greyline. I am leaving tomorrow morning for France, I booked this afternoon a shuttle. They told me they retrieve people ONLY at the muelle at Puerto Juarez. And NOW at 7 pm, they say they have to go through all the hotel zone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will never get my flight. I am really really happy. I recommend them. :evil:
I forgot to give an important detail.... it is not them who called me to let me know about the change, they didn't want to take my phone number. Lucky me I called to ask if it was still ok. I have seen on another board bad comments about them. But I don't always believe everything I read.
Hi, If you can give me some feed back regarding the site you use to book and whom you contact, that will be appreciated. Also, when you book a shuttle airport with GrayLine we depnedng on your location and day of the week (weekends are much more late) got back with a pick up time.
I think Grayline is great too. We've used them before and know Ana and her husband personally. great folks! Katie
I've used Greyline several times and always had excellent service from them. That includes times I've shown up with and without reservations. Short of a private shuttle I wouldn't recommend any other transportation. Jamie
