I am off my cell phone/laptop and could give a shit about WiFi. (many of us here are Internet addicts) so this is great!!! I COULD CARE less about the baseball or football scores. I give the stock market a break and let run it's course. MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER IS MY COMPLETE ATTENTION. Where as traveling in the US I can easily get sidetracked checking out the game at the bar... Hell I don't watch much TV but even that is hard to do and news events are on the lowdown...

Yeah, I need the internet or phone for that as well, can't be gone without checking in on the kids!! I also love to post pictures on Facebook while there, make the friends green with envy! This time (a week from Thursday - woo hoo!) I will have to have internet for work emails, as I am skipping off to paradise in the middle of a few pretty major projects that I will need to supervise remotely. Will be talking to Verizon about the international plan because the wifi at TTR is not very good, and it is really inconvenient to not have it in the room. If I have to pay, would rather pay Verizon for internet everywhere I am.
Don't know about Verizon, but AT&T lets me get the international stuff for just the part of the month when I want it, and then turn it off afterwards, pro rated charging.
Does anybody know if Sprint offers that(partial month)? We need to be able to keep in touch with the little ones and I need to be able to post a few pics.
