Anyone every use Gray Line? They were part of the package we bought and after reading other threads we are reluctant. Thanks for the help!
They are the transfer company that has the concession at the Cancun airport - If you try to book a "taxi" at the airport it will just be a Gray Line private transfer. Have used them before, they are OK but IMHO, definitely prefer USA Transfers over others
Gray Line will be fine, will get you there and back no problem. USA Transfers, however, is by far the best place to book your transfer when staying at Temptation specifically.
Gray line was fine for us. There was a large party that we were suppose to share with but the man from Grayline said wait here and he got us a private car. He said if you go with this group it will take long time to get to your resort. I thought that was pretty cool of him. He didn't have to care. A tip was worth it.
