If you could help w/some serious tips on shopping for a home; I would not feel it's waisting "winter get away" money.

So far I have convinced myself it would be unwise to pursue being unable to speak spanish.
However, I am very seriously realizing Cancun would be a better choice than FL or where ever.

I think I need a long stay there, away from english speaking.
That would be much faster than learning in a class rm.
Maybe a little of both.

I am motivated just trying to put it together .

Wife and I checking out the resort for one night (July 16th) before we head to Desire for a week. See you there ;-)
