Hi all! Me and my friend are travelling to Cancun for 2 weeks on the 13th October. Been having a look online but can't really get a sense of what we should expect! All the weather websites say it's gonna be raining a lot, is this true?! Also seems it can be quiet. This will be good for excursions and stuff but we are going to be going out a lot and were hoping for some nightlife. Have we booked the wrong time to go! Any advice would be appreciated! And tips on were to go and what to do would bsquare great!
we have found...anything more than two or three days out, they seem to say chance of rain everyday.... and unless there is a storm moving through, seldom is there more than a brief shower some afternoons. No worries...
I am thinking of heading down with a friend around mid oct as well. Still trying to decide if it is a good time to go
Diana and I have been to Cancun in October before and like iacouple says, it's only a brief shower. It will be fun. We will be there 10-16 thru 10-23.
We have been down in late Sept. and never had any issues. This year we are headed down in the beginning of Oct. You just have to be real careful of the weather forcasts, since they seem they post those from the middle of Mexico. Along the coast its usually sunny and nice, as a couple stated earlier if it does rain, it's for like 10 to 15 minutes.
Kelly and I will be there Oct 10/15. The weather wll be fine like in Fl. Trip insurance is about 100. Our second time there. See you at the pool.
