Is it possible to go to TTR on a referral after you have already booked your trip? And if so is it worth doing since you have to go to a 2 hr sales presentation?
Yes, a member can give you one of their Referrals and black band perks even if you've already booked the trip, but you wouldn't get any discount on the rate you're already paying. In this case, even if you attend the sales presentation, the member will not get $250 credit (because they didn't actually refer you) BUT if for some reason you bought a contract, they would then get the full $500 credit. However, it's been known to slip through the cracks (and don't mention it) and the member gets credit anyways...
Ok thanks for the info. Wish I would have known all that before I booked. But since it's our first time going and my wife doesn't know we are goin yet the mistake was made lol.
