Much sadness, and my condolences to the family of the great Ernie Banks, who passed away today at 83. Total class act, and a great ambassador for the Cubs and MLB. For a small man, and being a shortstop, 512 career home runs, and like the great Henry Aaron, was able to shift his weight, drop his head, and swing hard when he went yard. If I'm not mistaken, Back to the Future 2 (one of the networks did a spot on the Delorean they used in the film,) Marty McFly arrives in 2015 to see a marquee showing the Cubs 2015 World Series champions.
