I sent an E-mail to the resort a few days ago to see about upgrading to a spa room. I received a reply 2 days later saying sorry we have no reservation for you in our system when did you make your reservation? I made my res. through Expedia back in Sept.... I called Expedia who put me on hold and called the resort.. They were told we have the res. right here and we don't know what the person was talking about in the E-mail but its all set.... I don't need the extra stress! I have heard of people getting to the resort and finding out their reservations were never sent on from the online company..... GLAD I CALLED! See everyone in 7 days...... Ken & Darcie
We booked thru TravelSDC.com Hope we don't have that problem. I'll call them sometime next week just to be sure. Thanks for the heads up.
I just called to confirm. No problem, they had us in the system. Hopefully it stays there until we get there. Did you end up getting the upgraded room? Was it worth the extra $$?
We also booked with Expedia, but at a different hotel. I sent an email to the hotel after reading this to confirm they have our reservations and have not heard anything back. Starting to get nervous lol.
I would call them. It tool me less than 1 min to confirm with them directly on the phone. It may have cost me $2-$3 but it was money well spent. The country code for Mexico is 011.
Still haven't heard anything. Think i will give them until Tuesday afternoon, and if i don't hear anything by then i will give them a call. Yours is probably good Misbehaving I have not heard of anyone having problems with TravelSDC
Update Got a response from the hotel, they said everything was fine and they were looking forward to us arriving on Sunday( not as much as we are tho 4 of the looonnnnngest days left to go)
See, though im trying to make it a day shorter and not count the day we get there. WOW thanks for adding another loonnng day to the count lol
