Our trip in May to TTR will be our first time at an adults only resort where some ladies may be topless or wearing micro bikinis, so please excuse me if these questions seem stupid. Not wanting to appear impolite or uncivilized, I've got a couple questions about what's appropriate 'girl watching' behavior. If a lady is wearing a bikini that's about the size of a postage stamp, am I(Rich) correct to assume she's very proud of her body, and won't mind if the men watch her as she walks around the pool? Can I also assume that her husband is OK with the other guys watching her? I have no clue what is appropriate when it comes to checking out the boobs, so I guess sticking with discreet glances is the safest approach, especially until I see how my wife reacts. I imagine some ladies may not mind having men looking at their boobs, while other ladies may get annoyed or upset if it is too obvious. I would love to hear the comments and advice of experienced TTR veterans, especially from the ladies who may be wearing those micro bikinis and going topless.
having been to many topless and no-clothes resorts all I can say is the novelty wears off in about 5 mins and you really don't notice. people of all shapes and sizes having a good time...
Well my hubby and I were there in Feb. It was my first time being topless and wearing tiny/see thru suits, and seeing others in the same. I would have to say most of the looking is done discreetly. I mean you know people notice but no one stares too long or makes you feel uncomfortable. But then there are the suits that do make you take a 2nd glance. But most of the time you can ask, if they are walking around, and they'll model or let you look. I had a couple of men do that to me. They were polite and very complimentary. I have to say most of the people there are so friendly and as long as you don't come off as a creep, you'll be fine. After being there a short time, you'll recognize what behavior is appropriate and inappropriate. Hope you have a great time!
I will definitely look... I try to avoid the gawking or hungry look on my face and tend to stick with a pleasant smile. If and when I get caught looking I make eye contact and offer up a friendly smile or a silent WOW. Women get the idea that they're being appreciated and not oggled.
Ah I subject I know well... You need to remember 4 things and all will be right in the world. 1. Mirrored sunglasses - These are an absolute must. 2. Look off center - Keep your center of vision off from the lady slightly and move your eyes to the object of interest 3. Train yourself not to drool - self explanatory. 4. If necessary think of baseball or jump into the pool.
My opinion... Of Course they want you to look. Who puts on a bikini smaller than a "postage stamp" with no top and not want people to look at them? It is the way you look at them that maybe creepy.... So keep it somewhat descreet.
Same rules as a girl in a revealing top at a club here in the U.S....Look don't stare! OPUSREX is right. The novelty wears off more quickly then you anticipate. This is not directed at you, Rich, because you wouldn't have asked a question like that if you were one of those "Creepy Guys", but another thing to keep in mind-just because a girl is topless or wearing a tiny bikini does NOT mean: 1) She's looking to hookup, 2) She's easy, 3) She's wanting to get hit on, 4) She wants her picture taken, 5) She wants to get stared at. Everybody's different, but for the most part, she topless or wearing a sexy bikini because it makes her feel young, feel sexy, puts her in the party mood, makes her feel carefree, or is something that she can't get away with at home. I find it is handy to have the wife nearby to push my lower jaw back up and apologize for my behavior, kinda like a dog owner apologizing for the dog that is humping your leg. (if they only knew what I was thinking :bowdown: ) There's alot of truth in posts #5 and #7.
