Any ideas on getting through customs in a hurry. Last time we were there it took us 1-1/2 hours to get through.
It's all about the lines. Better to arrive on a weekday rather than a weekend. We have found by arriving early as possible in the morning, the lines are shorter. They seem to get longer as the day goes on and more flights come in.
Customs A bit extreme....... Break a leg, they'll wheel you straight through, one draw back... might restrict your involvement in the Orgy !!! :mnm:
Customs Three more tips .. Make sure your flight doesn't arrive with those from the UK, fill your Customs/Immigration form out correctly and DON'T hit the RED button.......... or you could be there for your entire vacation.................
I'm from the UK, don't stand a chance although once I got through customs so quickly I had to wait half an hour for the bags to be put on the carousel. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Actually it depends which airline you fly with, therefore which terminal you arrive at! Early evening arrival no queues. Afternoon, nightmares!
We've had a long line the one time as there were several flights coming in around the same time...the longest wait was the baggage carousel as I said there were several flights and it seemed like mine not hers took forever, and we found we didn't use 2/3rds of the stuff we brought which is why we thought hey wonder about doing it carry-on style...which leads to this story the one year we handed the card to the guy he stamped our passport and we were headed over to the bag inspection station before the guards were ready we actually surprised them, we went with just carry-on's yes you can get a weeks worth of clothes and theme stuff in a carry-on if you pack right and make things as small as possible *wink* wink* so our time literally from exiting the plane to being on the resort took 40 minutes that trip...ours was the only plane at the terminal at our time of arrival... and we were mid week so it varies..
Maybe once your in the line up waiting for the customs agent you can yell " can you hurry up please as my suicide vest is really tight and itchy and I need to get my cases for some more comfortable clothes "
All of your comments are making me regret the Sunday flight I let Rich pick. I guess If I leave all of my bathing suit tops at home and only bring g-strings maybe I can make a carry-on only situation work.
