Getting in shape for TTR (Not exercising)

    OK. I am a light weight when it comes to drinking. I can drink 1 bud lite and be feeling the effects... So I am in training... Been drinking about 6-7 beers a day since beginning of April. I need to be ready for the all day sexy pool drinking, then Paty Os till Weeee of the night... I have 7 days left... The Rocky Balboa in me says I can do it.... Wish me luck!!!!

    Good Luck :ernaehrung024: I think you might be going a little overboard on building up your tolerence though. I typically drink 2-3 days a week and maintain a decent tolerence. Just remember to drink plenty of water and EAT! It's possibly more important to remember to eat than building up a large tolerence.

    I have been training my entire life (since age 15) for this upcoming trip, I am in the best shape of my life right now (alcohol consumption wise). :beer4:

    Excellent training. We went the other way, drank nearly daily for a couple weeks and then have not had anything in 2 weeks. Need to make sure the drinks are fully effective ;)
