Sea lice should not last longer than 10 days to 2 weeks tops at least that has been my (extensive) experience with the buggers.

I got it when I was there in June. Red dots popped up on my hand and a little ways up my arms. A few of the red dots turned in to little blisters. It took atleast 2 weeks to go completely away. The red dots turned kinda brown and then they just faded away. I was so thankful that I did not get that on my face because it took so long to go away.

There's an ointment you can get for that rash you have there, you know.

(As the actress said to the bishop)
