I don't know...but it also might have something to do with the view! Go for the garden view and when you get there and are checking in slip the person you're talking to at the counter a 10 or a 20$ and ask for them to find you a room with a better view or a Jac. or whatever you my want as an upgrade. We always do this and and have always had the room of our choice... but we never asked for a suite. Good luck... Jeff n Jill
Garden view is all of their lower end rooms, which may be plants, pools or parking lots. Ocean view is as stated but usually a walk up stairs, jacuzzi is quiet pool/a bit of ocean with a jacuzzi. Temptation is inside jacuzzi with on the beach ocean view
ahh thanks! Last time we went we had a room right by Patyo's and Margaritas which I thought was pretty awesome because we just always left through our backdoor but the thought of a jacuzzi looking at the ocean is pretty nice
Based on our experience you can pick your room from whats available once you get there. We didn't like our room that was assigned to us as it was too far away from everything. They let us check 3 or 4 rooms before we picked one that was next to Paty-o. They will do what they can to assist. They came and took our luggage from the first room and brought it to our new room, no problems, no questions asked. Great service.
