For over a year our garbage was picked up every day............starting about 2 months ago these pick ups started getting sporatic. Now we are down to about one a week............maybe. We live in SM 18, anyone know what has happened? Labor problems? Budget cut? :cry:
When Chacho was in office the garbage truck came everyday at 3 pm, you could set your watch by them. Now it's random and maybe they come every 3 or 4 days...sometimes they come at 2 am even.
