Its couple weeks away from actually booking and Damn prices are are not dropping like last year. Actually up $1000 dollars for 14 nights from 2 months ago in Canada. Hopefully it goes down before March, or Might be thinking off cutting days of our vacation. Prices all in hotel and flight for 14 nights is over $4000. for 2 people. flying from Toronto direct flight.
We have also been watching for end of March...hoping that they would drop. No such luck-it went up even more this week!
Doubt it will, just checked expedia and it's at $250 pp/pn for our usual time, it's been on a constant rise all year, it's not worth it anymore
it was way cheaper this year for our upcoming Feb trip compared to the last 2 years...be patient and pray to the vacation Gods for the prices to come down
We have been to different all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. This is our first visit to TTR and Cancun. I feel the price I paid is fair $219.00 a night. The airline tickets $856 for both of us round trip from Orlando is outrages! Hopefully we have no regrets going, I have been reading lots of complaints on CCC.com and the FB page. I have a feeling the old and new friends will make this trip a blast.
Pretty happy with the prices we got this year in May. 10 nights for about the same price as 6 nights last March. Around $2600 including flight. We only booked about 5 weeks out last year so that might have been why they were higher.
yep , just checked March, 4100 with good flights , ouch it is the busiest Cancun Vacation month, so its to be expected, thats how we started going in April ,but that is getting busy now too at TTR
Not meaning to tie this in to the Membership thread but as members we booked 9 nights in May (which is cheaper than April btw) for $125 USD/ night/couple for a 5000 block ocean view room and got a really good deal on air out of Ottawa at just less than a $1000.00 CDN. Cheapest we saw on Expedia and other sites was around $2700 CDN with air for a garden view room and when we booked the same sites were over $3K with the same flights. In all fairness we did get a seat sale otherwise the air would have been $1400 - $1600 CDN depending on crappy versus decent flights. I think the prices are high for May because the hotel must be close to capacity and probably the same for April (which is also a higher rate period).
